Dear Chairman Nichols and Members of the Board
Thank you for all your tireless work in making California a leader
in the concern for our planet. I think meeting global warming
pollution reduction requirements will bolster our booming clean
energy economy.
As a registered nurse with a lifetime career in chronic illness, I
have seen first hand some of the damages caused by pollutants.
Polluters need to pay for the emissions and damages they cause. For
too long the marginalized have been victims and the tax payers foot
their health care bill.
