| Comment | Ferrari agrees with CARB proposal to streamline the current California certification emissions tests procedures to reduce the burden on vehicle manufacturers during new vehicles certification, and for in-use tests. This is useful for all manufacturers, but especially for small-volume manufacturers which have limited resources. We also strongly support the greatest harmonization of Federal and California emissions rules, and therefore we really appreciate the present CARB proposal, because it is an important step in this direction.
