| Comment | The new guidelines are rendered useless by the three year surplus to the mandatory compliance. Please amend surplus, at least, to two years (as it is proposed for owner operators respective to gmbond). Otherwise the concept of a new Fleet Mod has been an unfathomable waste of time and money and an extension of pollution. |
