I am asthmatic. It's difficult to describe how frightening and
frustrating it can be to struggle for breath. Please do everything
you can to help those of us with respiratory disease. This new rule
willnot only help us, but also prevent 4,000 premature deaths and
the reduced health care and
hospital visits will result in savings of $18 to $26 billion.

It would also, by 2020, prevent 48 tons per day of NOx and 5 tons
per day ofparticulate air pollution from entering our air.

PLEASE pass this, and then please find a way to get all the
Hummers, Escalades, Tundras, Suburbans and the likes off our
roads, so we can all breath easier, and take a chunk out of global
warming.
