I urge you to vote in favor of regulation that will reduce
pollution by construction equipment. Construction equipment is the
second largest source of diesel pollution in our state. It it time
for a change.

With your support of this rule, California will have cleaner air
to breathe. This will benefit the health of Californians and our
wildlife. This rule will have a positive impact for all people in
affected areas and more importantly it will prevent 4,000
premature deaths.

Please take a stand on the side of clean air and support stronger
air standards for California's construction equipment.
