Hello, 

I am writing to encourage you to strengthen the State air started
to reduce air pollution from construction equipment.

As you know, Construction equipment is the second largest source
of diesel pollution in the state. Exposure to the smog emitted by
this  equipment can have serious help effects. The particulate air
pollution is especially dangerous. This pollution results in many
premature deaths and illnesses.

The new rule you are considering will prevent premature deaths,
result in decreased healthcase costs and hospital visits, reduce
pollution in some of the most polluted areas in the state and
prevent tons of NOx and particulates from entering the
atmosphere.
