| Comment | I believe California should lead the way in reducing the particulate and soot pollution from all sources, particularly from construction diesel powered machines. They are the second largest source of this type of pollution. The cleaner diesel fuel used in Europe may be a relatively simple way to reduce their negative impact. Thanks K Lusebrink |
