In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicles rule is very important.  We need to
reduce air pollution as much as possible for two reasons: health
and global warming mitigation.  This ruling is long overdue.
Particulates increase the incidence of asthma.  I had asthma for
many years and know first hand the agony you feel when you have
trouble breathing.  I wouldn't wish that upon anyone.  All that
can be done to prevent asthma should be done.  The nitrous oxide
is a greenhouse gas that should not be entering the atmosphere. 
Global warming is our most serious problem.  We need to take
drastic measures in order to mitigate the effects of global
warming.  This ruling is one step that has to be taken.
