hi, i'm sure you're getting lots of comments on this matter.  

please do everything you can to increase the quality of our air. 
i love california, and i am proud of the leadership role we have
taken thus far in air quality.  please continue to make me and the
other residents of this great state proud by passing legislation
regulating the emissions of off road vehicles.  

and while you're at it, i still see school buses blowing out black
smoke.  in addition to the laws, we need enforcement.
