California Air Resources Board,

California needs cleaner air.  I am writing this comment to urge
you to enact more stringent requirements for In-Use Off-Rad Diesel
Vehicles.  They're major contributors to both particulate matter
and smog-forming pollution in the state, and throughout the
country.  The new rule that you are considering would prevent
premature deaths, reduce health care costs, help our most polluted
areas of the state meet federal air quality standards, and prevent
tons of air borne pollution from entering the atmosphere.
