| Comment | the objections to this more than reasonable proposal sound like the same rhetoric the car companies used when they resisted seat belts, etc.... it's funny that if you paid the manufacturers money to reduce their pollution in proportion to the amount of pollution they reduce, would they oppose that citing quality concerns? doubtful. |
