| Comment | Please implement rules that will reduce the harmful emissions from construction equipment. The workers that use these pieces of machinery are put in a situation where their health is being compromised. And the emissions affect the health of the whole state, not to mention the carbon dioxide emissions that contribute to global climate change. Passing this rule would be a great step towards a healthier California. |
