| Comment | Dear ARB, Please vote to pass this landmark regulation that construction vehicles must lower their soot emissions. California needs clean air, and if we lead the rest of the country, others will follow. Please help reduce the dangers of air pollution for all of us, and especially the most vulnerable, the elderly and children. Thank you, Ann Damaschino |
