I wish to urge the Board to retain the provision in the Proposed
Regulation for In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicles that exempts fleets
in attainment areas from meeting NOx requirements.  Retention of
this provision, will save significant dollars for the taxpapers of
our community.

Thank you to your Board for consideration of this request and I
wish to expressly thank the CARB staff who conducted the
workshops.  They listened and wrote in to the proposed rule
provisions that made sense, such as this one.
