| Comment | It is about time we seriously addressed this issue. As a land surveyor in San Diego I routinely see, smell and breath the horrible smoke plumes coming from construction vehicles. With so many thousands of these vehicles in San Diego County alone it is an obvious and strong addition to smog and particulates in our air. Lets put some tough restrictions on emmission from these vehicles. |
