Poor air quality has such a negative impact on our lives; 
thousands of premature deaths from heart and lung disease, asthma
(especially in children with developing lungs), bronchitis and
heart attacks just to name a few.  Construction equipment is the
second largest source of diesel pollution in the state of
california.  Please help limit the toxins released by use of
diesel by setting higher air standards.  We can only benefit from
such a resolution.  But if we fail to reduce the toxins in the
environment, we stand to loose a lot.
