I would like to express my view regarding the proposed rules being
considered for On-Road diesel engines.  As an owner/operator of
one older diesel truck, I am concerned about the extreme financial
burden that will be imposed upon me and others like me. Whether by
retrofitting the engine or replacing the truck, either will
greatly impact myself and others like me finacially.  I hope you
will consider the effects of the proposed rules with regards to
individuals who operate a single truck with limited resources like
myself .
