Please vote to strengthen state air standards and reduce air
pollution from construction equipment.  As the fifth largest
economy in the world, CA has the clout and the obligation to be a
leader in environmental protection.  For the health of our
children, our future and our nation, please have the courage to
vote yes on this issue.
