I am a third generation Californian, my daughters are fourth. 
There has been drastic change in California from population, rapid
growth, sky-rocket cost of living, to water reallocation, and air
pollution.  Please create stricter laws on air pollutants. 
Asthma, and various breathing health issues are regular occurances
at schools.  California is a beautiful state, we must help protect
its inhabitants, and begin curbing the effects of rapid growth,
industry, and the like.
