| Comment | To Whom It May Concern, I am writing in support of stricter standards for construction equipment in California. It is time we take action on many fronts in relation to our air quality, and construction equipment is a major source of deisel polution in California. It is not only our health that depends on curbing polution, but our very existence. We must take steps to curb CO2 emissions. Regulating construction equipment is a step in the right direction.
