As a citizen of California and a person who appreciates
California's natural beauty, I urge you to regulate the emissions
from in-use, off-road diesel vehicles. Any way that can help
reduce carbon emmissions into the atmosphere might lead to
reversing the processes contributing to global warming which has
been recognized as the leading threat to our endangered planet by
nations across the world.
