| Comment | I urge you to adopt the proposed regulation for in-use off-road diesel vehicles in order to improve Californian's health, save lives and save California money! The new rule will prevent 4,000 premature deaths. The new rule will result in health benefits and reduced health care and hospital visits of $18 to $26 billion. The possible additional costs for vehicles pales along side the public good and monetary savings that will result! Sincerely, Anne Cohen |
