| Comment | I urge you to adopt more stringent regulations regarding the amount of pollution produced by in-use off-road diesel vehicles. My current home is in Porterville (San Joaquin Valley), and I frequently find it hard to breath here--as opposed to my previous home in Chico (northern California). California can lead the way toward cleaner air (as it has done in the past with so many health and civil rights issues). |
