Please adopt this proposed regulation.  

Construction pollution is a large source of diesel pollution in
the state.  We know that smog has effects on respiratory health.

This rule will help prevent premature deaths, result in health
benefits and significantly reduced health care and hospital
visits;
help bring the most polluted areas of the state, the Los
Angeles/Long Beach air basin and the San Joaquin Valley, into
attainment with federal air quality standards; and, over time,
prevent 48 tons per day of NOx and 5 tons per day of
particulate air pollution from entering our air.

Your action in this important area would be very much
appreciated.
