     We don't need adequate air pollution regulations.  We need
very stringent rules so that we can stay healthy and alive on this
planet.
     Eliminate pollution wherever you can, and in this case, with
construction equipment, there is a tremendous need to do so.  I am
in construction myself, yet I am not willing to put up with this
lack of political will that allows diesel fuel to fill the air.
There is no economic excuse to allow this poison into our lungs.
