| Comment | Dear California Air Resources Board, Please provide the support and growth of the California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10. California is a globally recognized leader in the environment and technology. Raising the Tier 1 ceiling from 10 to 100 costs virtually nothing, and provides our nascent Plug In Hybrid conversion industry with the runway it needs to really take off.
