Dear California Air Resources Board, please support the California
Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to
100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10. It makes sense to
support plug in hybrids as they lessen both oil/gas consumption,
help reduce US dollars going overseas and lessen pollution, all
good reasons and reasons that will help the next generation of
citizens who have to live in an increasingly polluted world. I
don't understand why CARB don't already support plug in hybrids.
