| Comment | To Whom It May Concern, Coulomb supports raising the tier 1 limit on PHEV conversions from 10 to 100 vehicles. Our reasoning is that we believe the OEM manufactuers will not be able to meet demand for PHEVs in the next few years and we should enlist conversion mechanics to help move the industry forward.
