| Comment | Dear California Air Resources Board, please support the California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10. CARB should be careful about displacing these small innovators who are filling a very important niche to the current car market, and getting PHEVs on the road today, not a few years from now! |
