| Comment | Dear CARB, I have been driving electric cars for 8 years, with 90,000 miles on our Toyota RAV4 EV, and growing miles on our young Telsa. We power our EV's with solar, but would love to do the same for our hybrids; a prius and a 400H, from which all the energy currently comes from gasoline. Please support the California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10. Respectfully, Dan Shugar |
