| Comment | Dear California Air Resources Board, Please support the California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10. We need clean air as soon as possible, we need less reliance on oil, particularly foreign oil, and we need a real possibility for nascent companies to develop products in the hybrid car industry.
