| Comment | Dear California Air Resources Board, please support the California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10. I live in a state which often follows the CA example in the are of auto emissions, and if we are going to deal with the threat of global climate change we need to start converting our auto fleet to Plug-In Hybrids. Overly-burdensome regulations at this stage may just kill the development of the conversion industry. Please consider less restrictive limits on this important and growing market.
