| Comment | I understand you are contemplating a Tier 1 limit of 10 vehicles. Since this industry is barely getting going I advocate at least 100 vehicles for Tier 1. Note that all effort in the PHEV industry can only help vehicles, and that existing engineering reporting requirements provide assurance that air quality will not suffer. Thank you |
