| Comment | To the ARB Please enact the most stringent standards possible for all forms of transportation in California, in addition to the new Railyard Improvement standards. Older commercial trucks need updated standards similar to the reductions you are implementing for the Railyards/locomotives within California. Ships entering California waters likewise should be made to adhere to standards that will protect our health. The ARB has an important job to do for the future health of all Californians. We ask that the board put real teeth in each new program for emmission reduction, allowing for strict enforcement.
