| Comment | I urge you to do everything possible to ensure that the following are included in AB32 implmentation. Raise the land use target in the AB 32 Scoping Plan from 5 million metric tons of C02 equivalent (MMT) to 11-14 MMT. Couple a higher target with a commitment to provide financial resources, technical assistance, and other support to help regions, local governments, and transportation agencies achieve the target. The future of our planet, our health, and our children is in your hands. Please prove yourselves better than out-dated political opposition and lead the world toward a viable future.
