| Comment | Dear CARB members, I urge you to do all in your power to help clean up the air. I am a long time resident of Merced County and the air has gotten progressively worse over the years. Mobile sources account for the majority of this pollution (80%) I believe, and you have the power to tighten regulations on these sources. Please do all in your power to clean up the air in the San Joaquin Valley. Our children have extremely high rates of asthma and our elderly suffer from higher incidences of respiratory infection.
