Please take into consideration that we cannot financially meet the
Dec. 2010 deadline for our 2 reefer units that need to have
filters.  We have spent over $50,000 putting new units and putting
filters on 4 of our 6 trailers.  We are a small business trucking
company and travel Interstate.  Although we travel 50% in
California we do not qualify for any government help because of the
75% rule.  We are doing everything we can to comply with The Air
Resources Board, we agree with having cleaner and newer equipment. 
We are operating in the minus and struggling to keep our employees
and ourselves from being unemployed.  Please if nothing else take
into considertion the financial burden these regulations cause,
when an extention of a few years means continuing to operate.
