Dear Cal Air Resources Board

On December 11th, you will be voting on the On-Road Heavy Duty
Truck and Bus Rule.  Such a rule is essential to reduce emissions
and meet state and federal health-based air quality standards,
reduce global warming pollution, benefit public health and save
lives.

Congrats on taking the very important job of cleaning up
California's air.  You are doing great work, and work whose time
has come and that is increasingly wound together with our economy
and our future health and prosperity.

Please adopt the strongest regulation possible!   I see the
effects that being near diesel trucks and buses has on my
daughter's asthma in the short term and I worry about the risks to
her in the long term.  Do us right and stand up to the trucking
industry's tales of woe.  We are all hurting and greener energy
will help us all in the ling run.
