Two out of three of my California grandchildren have asthma. 
Unfortunately, they live very near a freeway.  I urge the
california Air Resources Board to adopt the strongest regulation
possilbe to clean up the top sources of diesel particulate matter
in California.

Studies now show the permanent lung damage being done to children
and the elderly due to living near California freeways where they
are exposed to diesel exhaust.

Please adopt the strongest diesel truck regulations now.
