I support your Governors agenda to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
25% by 2020.

The most promising way to reach this goal is to give consumers the
choice to buy Zero-Emission Vehicles (ZEVs).

Please do not reduce the number of ZEVs required of automakers by
90%, settling for only 2,500 from 2012-2014.

Iam asking all the board members of CARB and  chair, Mary Nichols,
to 

1. Require the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for
2012-2014, and

2. Create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets
them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather
than the cleanest ZEVs.

Choice for consumers means cleaner air for everyone.  Don't let
the chinese in with their electric cars,.  It means money and jobs
are going out of America.

Right now is a very unstable time in America and I strongly
believe that if you all vote to reduce electric vehicles you all
have just made America more dependent on Oil.  Do you all really
want that.  I don't think so.  

The America automakers will be just fine with the production of
electric vehicles.  So saying that please vote to keep the
electric here in America where you and I live.

Please give us the choice not the oil company.
