Please acknowledge our responsibility as humans by reducing
greenhouse gas emissions 25% by 2020!  And let's have California
show the way for others.

I believe that the best way to do this is to support production of
Zero-Emission Vehicles (ZEVs).  Please do not reduce the required
number of ZEVs by 90%, so that only 2,500 are made available from
2012-2014.

I want to ask Chairperson Nichols to please require manufacture of
all 25,000 ZEVs that the automakers promised, and
also please include a separate requirement for PLUG-IN hybrids to
replace the most polluting vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather
than the ZEVs.

This is something that needs to be done sooner rather than later,
and it will be a landmark accomplishment for our state!
