| Comment | Dear Mary Nichols (CARB chair), I am very much interested in zero emissions vehicles. Please push the CARB to require the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for 2012-2014. Also, push that plug-in-hybrids become a reality and standard for all hybrids. Advances in electric powered vehicles and other low or zero emissions vehicles could revolutionize the auto industry, California's air quality, and America's dependence on oil.
