| Comment | I have no objection to this proposed rule as long as CARB applies it fairly: that is, every manufacturer for every non-OEM vehicle component that may in any way effect automobile performance must adhere to this same stringent standard. Without such a proviso, I believe this proposed rule is unfairly singling out PZEVs. |
