We need EV's, we need to be independent of foriegn oil.  We need to
be tough on auto mfg to effect change.   I want my grandchildren to
have a wonderful place to live,  but I fear that global warming
will do in the earth in less that 100 years.

CA can be a leade again!!!  Don't Kill the EV again..

I ask:

1. Require the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for
2012-2014, and
2. Create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets
them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather
than the cleanest ZEVs.
3.  Create a yearly stiff DMV tax for gas guzzlers, that will
force change around buying patterns.
