I am an electric car fan and it is my goal to own an elctric car
soon.  Currently I use public transportation for my daily work
commute, and have pledged that my next vehicle will be an electric
vehicle! 

I am concerned about the increased level of ozone in the
atmosphere that buring fossil fuel exacerbates.  I concur with the
Plug-In America coalition and request the following:

* Require the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for
2012-2014;
* Create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets them
replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather than
the cleanest ZEVs;and
* Incentivize plug-in hybrids that have the most on-board
electricity storage.
