Vehicle emission is a sizable contributor to global warming.  Signs
of global warming are everywhere.  Look no farther than the current
drought in California.  The fear is that this is not a one year
aberation, but a long term trend.  The cost of doing nothing is
enormous.  What happens if Santa Barbara burns every year due to
the lack of rain?  The list goes on and on.  Do what we can now to
stem global warming.
