Hello Ms. Livingstone (I presume?): thank you for calling me back earlier this week to clarify the scope of the overall call for comments on the Cap and Trade Investment Plan, and the narrower scope of the Governor's January budget priorities in this area. Per your encouragement, I am submitting a ~10+ page document on behalf of the California Association of Recycling Market Development Zones, which also references a related organization known as the Recycling BIN (Build Infrastructure Now) Coalition. We will continue to monitor the process carefully and hope for the best, both for CARMDZ and the great state of California. Steve Lautze CARMDZ President
