In the ARB July 18 workshop presentation, ARB proposed to move up the deadline for annual verification by two weeks. This would provide a hardship for all 600 covered entities in the state. In the past few years our facility has completed verification right before the deadline, as our verifier works with all their covered entities to meet the September 1 deadline. Shortening the verification period by two weeks is not a feasible solution for us.
