Good morning Chairwoman Nichols- Hope you are doing well. For your reference, I have attached a letter that we, 110 scientists representing a wide spectrum of biofuel activities worldwide, will submit to Governor Schwarzenegger in the near future that addresses concerns we have around the imminent policy rulings by the ARB on the selective inclusion of indirect land use impacts for biofuels.
