Ms. Singh- Attached please find a comment regarding the draft LCFS regulation. As I state in the letter, we have the capacity to reduce carbon emissions in the diesel fuel pool at a significantly more accelerated rate than the current ARB proposal. Biodiesel producers in California will have no problem producing enough fuel to reduce carbon emissions by one percent in 2010. Accelerating the implementation schedule will lead to more investment in the California biodiesel industry, creation of in-state jobs, tax revenue for the state, and a cleaner environment.
